Review: It's not a 100 yard petticoat for squaredancing; or even a 35 yard petticoat; to get those you have to have them individually made for at least three times the price of this. But for a stiff tulle underskirt, in a plus size (hard to find!), this is excellent. It looks just like the photo. Does what you need it to do.
